應(yīng)注意事項(xiàng)
并非所有的模具(金屬部件)都需要做TD處理,只有產(chǎn)量大,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求高,易磨損的模具部件才需要TD.然而影響模具部件的使用壽命的因素比較多。我們認(rèn)為模具(金屬工件)在采用TD處理時(shí)需要注意的主要事項(xiàng)有:
1、 設(shè)計(jì):主要考慮在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)盡量避免尖角和注意工件的長(zhǎng)徑比,只有R>0.5mm才能確保TDi3程中熱應(yīng)力和組織應(yīng)力的消除,從而有效規(guī)避和減少工件在TD過(guò)程開裂和變形量過(guò)大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn);
2、 基體材料的選用:好選擇Crl2N4oV、SKD11、KD11S、DC53、D2、D6、A2等;
3、 初始熱處理工藝;
4、 制適過(guò)程的控制;
5、 特殊情況下的焊補(bǔ);
6、 裝配、調(diào)整和使用,人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)的匹配。
Not all mold (metallic work pieces) need being processed by TD, only those with large production output and high quality requirements and susceptible to wear urgently need TD. However,there are many factors which may influence the service life of molds (metallic work pieces). We hold that the following main cautions should be observed when molds (metallic work pieces)are treated by TD:
1. Design:Avoid sharp edges,choosing appropriate length-diameter ratio,R needs more than 0.5mm to ensure the thermal stress and structural stress elimination,thus effectively avoid and reduce the risk of deformation and cracking of the workpiece in TD process ;
2. Selection of basis material: the Crl2MoV, SKD11, KD11S, DC53, D2, D6 or A2 etc is a best choice.;
3. Initial heat treatment process;
4. Controlling during the production process;
5. Weld repair under special conditions;
6. Assembling, adjusting and operating, and the matching of workers,machines,materials,methods and working conditions.
